Cayenne Gold Mines (CYN - CNSX) currently holds three properties in the province of British Columbia. The Company is presently focused on the Windflower project located near Revelstoke BC. On November 11, 2009 a LOI was signed to enter into a Joint Venture with Byrn Resources Inc., which under the terms of the agreement, will provide Cayenne $2 million for a 45% working interest in the Windflower Project. The monies will be used to take a 10,000 ton Bulk Sample from the Windflower scheduled for early 2010.

Rio Plata Exploration Corp. has negotiated an option to acquire a 60% interest in mineral concessions collectively known as the El Nayar property and the Lola and Carmen property, located in the southern Nayarit State of Mexico. The focus for the last half of 2006 is to complete geotechnical work to provide a data set to begin expansion of the insitu resource of the El Nayar project, to complete a NI43-101 report and to identify sufficient minable resources to begin small scale production.
